(Full Time and Part Time Positions Available)

  • Fully Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) — preference for specialty in couples work, eating disorders, or perinatal/postpartum mood disorders

  • Fully Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) with a growing specialty in any of the above areas

  • Experienced speaker/teacher/trainer with clinical experience to create and provide training in the community.

Dwell Ministry is looking to expand our team! 

We are a Christian, faith-based practice with a mission to promote mental health awareness and provide mental health training and resources to the local church and larger community. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy to address a variety of mental health and relationship concerns.

Our practice is primarily virtual, with options for in-person office space as well.  We are seeking to add a self-motivated therapist who shares our passion for bridging the gap between churches and mental health awareness and support. Our practice primarily caters to adults in the Triad and Triangle, however applicants are not limited to these areas.

Qualifications

  • A passion for integrating faith into the therapeutic process. This is not a requirement for clients and will always be at the discretion of the client, but it is at the heart of all that we do here at DWELL. 

  • A drive to excel in your field. We are looking for someone passionate in his/her area of expertise and who is willing to go the extra mile to seek more training, skills, and knowledge to better serve our clients. 

  • A team player and hard worker. We have a growing referral base and offer marketing and scheduling support, but we are looking for someone who is a self-starter and who is driven to succeed and grow our practice!

  • Preference will go to applicants who have an established or growing specialty in eating disorders, OCD, and/or couples.

  • Fully licensed with the state of North Carolina (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, no associate licenses please)

Dwell Ministry equips the community through psychologically informed, biblically grounded resources, and evidence-based strategies to create dwelling places filled with Gospel-focused, healthy relationships.
